Sonifex to show new products at SBES 2004

Sonifex are to show a range of new products on stand 6 at the SBES 2004 exhibition in Birmingham.
The S2 is a new, small format, modular digital I/O analogue radio broadcast mixer which uses the latest technology components to offer digital audio quality with analogue reliability in a modular format. S2 has both digital and analogue input channels, together with simultaneous analogue and digital outputs.
S2 combines all the features needed of a radio broadcast mixer in a stylish, flush-mounting chassis : a wide range of input and output channels, PFL/cue, fader-start operation of equipment, automatic monitor muting on mic-live, light switching remote outputs, optional EQ on input modules, gram amp input options and 2 main audio buses, allowing you to broadcast on the PRG bus while recording on the AUD bus, with bus output selection on each module.
S2 will be displayed in the new S2 Solutions radio studio furniture, a modular furniture system for small radio stations. The new furniture is more adaptable and easier to fit together with larger internal spaces for cable routing.
New talkback intercom units are also being premiered at the show. Initially designed to interface with the S2 mixer, the desktop or rack-mount units can be used for general inter-studio talkback. There are also versions that work with the Sonifex Station Master studio switcher.
