Amagi Appoints Thomas d'Hérouville

Amagi has appointed Thomas d'Hérouville as Head of Sales for France, Benelux and the Nordics as the media technology company looks to expand its presence across some of Europe’s key broadcast and streaming markets.

Based in Paris, d'Hérouville will lead Amagi’s growth strategy across the three regions, with a focus on broadcasters, OTT platforms and content owners.

The appointment comes as media companies across Europe accelerate the adoption of cloud-based broadcast technologies, FAST services and AI-driven media operations.

Amagi said France, Benelux and the Nordic countries represent mature and innovative markets with significant potential as traditional broadcasting and streaming continue to converge.

D'Hérouville brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across the media, broadcast and digital technology sectors. He has also worked on launching and scaling international organisations and has experience leading multicultural teams.

In his new role, d'Hérouville will work to expand Amagi's customer base among broadcasters, OTT platforms and content owners, supporting organisations as they modernise their operations, increase distribution and develop new monetisation opportunities across connected TV.

The company said the appointment forms part of its wider strategy to scale its regional footprint and respond to growing demand for cloud-native broadcast and streaming solutions.
