Screen Ireland Appoints Three New Project Managers

News Image
Fís Éireann/Screen Ireland has appointed Nora Keely, Sarah Dillon and Tom Hall as Project Managers across Animation, Television and Feature Film respectively, strengthening the agency’s Production and Development unit.

The appointments come at a significant period for the Irish screen sector following a record year for production activity in 2025. The three new hires bring extensive experience spanning animation, television and film production across both Irish and international markets.

Nora Keely joins as Project Manager for Animation, bringing more than 20 years of experience in production and studio operations. An Emmy and Canadian Screen Award-winning executive, her credits include Blue’s Clues & You!, Daniel Tiger’s Neighbourhood, Wild Kratts, Xavier Riddle and the Secret Museum, Paw Patrol and the Oscar-nominated feature The Breadwinner. Following two decades working in Toronto, she has now returned to Ireland.

Sarah Dillon takes on the Television Project Manager role, bringing more than 18 years of experience in the Irish screen industry. Her previous positions include Development Manager at the WRAP Fund and Talent Development Manager at Screen Ireland. Her producing credits include Smother, God's Creatures, Two By Two: Overboard, North Sea Connection and Calm With Horses, while her recent work has included overseeing initiatives such as Perspectives and The Voice Directors’ Concept Development Scheme.

Tom Hall joins as Feature Film Project Manager after a career spanning nearly three decades as a writer and director. In 1996, he co-founded High-Hat Productions with filmmaker John Carney. His credits include the Emmy-nominated Modern Love, television series Northern Lights, Red Rock and Trivia, as well as November Afternoon and the IFTA-winning Bachelor’s Walk. Hall has also worked as a journalist, fiction writer and educator and served as the Arts Council/UCC Film Artist in Residence in 2025.

The new appointments will see Keely, Dillon and Hall join existing Project Managers Niamh Fagan and Greg Martin. The team will report to Head of TV and Animation Kate McColgan and Head of Feature Film Keith Potter.

Working alongside Screen Ireland's Development team, the expanded unit will oversee and support the organisation’s production and development slate across animation, television, feature film, documentary and emerging formats.

All three Project Managers took up their positions in June.
