Ease Live Powers New Interactive Fan Experience For Rally.TV
Ease Live has announced that its graphics overlay platform is powering a new interactive experience for Rally.TV, the official video and streaming platform of the FIA World Rally Championship (WRC), giving fans new ways to engage with live rally coverage.
The interactive experience is set to launch on the Rally.TV website ahead of the EKO Acropolis Rally Greece, taking place from 25–28 June, following its earlier rollout on mobile devices during Vodafone Rally de Portugal in May.
Initially introduced across iOS and Android during Vodafone Rally de Portugal, one of the WRC calendar's most popular events, the experience will now expand to Rally.TV’s website, bringing enhanced functionality to a wider audience and more viewing platforms.
The platform allows fans to follow live rally action in greater detail, including tracking cars throughout each stage, viewing live driver split times, comparing competitors head-to-head and monitoring live classifications across all competition categories.
The enhanced viewing experience is expected to remain available for each of the remaining eight rounds of the 2026 WRC season.
The development is designed to address the unique challenge of presenting rally coverage to digital audiences, where action unfolds simultaneously across multiple stages, split points, classifications and direct driver battles. By integrating real-time data into the live broadcast experience, the platform aims to provide a more streamlined and engaging way for fans to follow the sport.
For Rally.TV, the launch marks a further step towards creating a more immersive viewing experience for audiences and integrating interactivity more deeply into live motorsport coverage. Following the introduction across mobile and web platforms, the next phase of development will see the experience extended to Smart TVs.
The latest rollout builds on Ease Live’s broader work delivering interactive overlays for sports organisations, broadcasters and streaming platforms around the world. Its platform enables content owners to deliver synchronised, real-time interactive features including live statistics, polls, trivia, watch parties, contextual advertising and other data-driven experiences across web, mobile and connected devices.
The deployment also highlights the growing role of interactive overlays within live sport broadcasting, enabling rights holders to create deeper audience engagement while opening new commercial opportunities through sponsorship integration, contextual advertising and enhanced fan experiences.
