Utelogy's Reimagined User Experience Earns Best Of Show

News Image
Utelogy has taken home Best of Show at InfoComm 2026 for its Reimagined User Experience, an accolade presented by AVTechnology and Future.

The recognition highlights the company’s focus on helping organisations manage increasingly complex AV and UC environments in ways that are simpler, faster and more intuitive.

The new UX is described as the clearest expression yet of Utelogy’s Service-as-Software philosophy. For AV and IT leaders overseeing distributed estates, the practical benefits include fewer engineer call-outs, faster mean time to resolution, smoother deployments and significantly reduced manual overhead. By using Utelogy as a digital workforce, support teams can spend less time intervening and more time delivering outcomes.

Debuting in beta at InfoComm 2026, the UX marks the start of a new chapter for the platform as agentic AI capabilities expand, cloud-native functionality deepens and workflow orchestration becomes embedded across the system. For teams ready to move beyond reactive management, Utelogy positions the interface as a way to make autonomous operations a reality.

Utelogy says the recognition validates this vision. The achievement stems from close collaboration with customers, partners and the wider AV community, with enhancements designed to tackle real-world operational challenges so organisations can monitor environments, respond proactively and scale management across distributed estates. The award acknowledges both the technology and the customer-first approach behind it.

The company also observed growing sophistication among end users at the show, many of whom arrived with clear requirements, informed questions and a preference to engage directly with manufacturers and technology providers. Expectations are rising for real data, strategic guidance and platforms that scale with enterprise needs.

Utelogy sees a significant opportunity to help organisations move faster by connecting operational data with actionable insight and enabling a more proactive approach to AV management. The company thanked its customers, partners and team for their collaboration and congratulated the other winners.
