CVP Launches Warranty+

News Image
CVP, one of Europe's leading suppliers of professional video and broadcast solutions, has announced the launch of CVP Warranty+, a new extended warranty programme designed to help customers protect their investment long after the original manufacturer's warranty has expired.

For professionals working in broadcast, production, education and content creation, equipment is a critical part of everyday operations. When a warranty ends, unexpected mechanical or electrical failures can lead to costly repairs and unwanted downtime. CVP Warranty+ has been created to bridge that gap, extending protection on eligible products by up to four additional years.

CVP Warranty+ is designed to seamlessly extend protection beyond a manufacturer’s warranty, giving customers continued peace of mind through a single point of contact for repairs and support.

"Our customers depend on their equipment every day, whether they're producing content, broadcasting, teaching students or working on location. When a manufacturer's warranty ends, the equipment doesn't suddenly become any less important, so neither should the support behind it," said Dominic Smye-Rumsby, Technical Director at CVP. "CVP Warranty+ gives customers a simple way to protect their investment for longer. Backed by our ProRepairs engineers and global service network, it provides continued protection and a single point of contact throughout the repair process. It's a natural extension of our commitment to supporting customers throughout the entire lifecycle of their equipment."

CVP Warranty+ is available on eligible products purchased from CVP and offers protection against mechanical and electrical breakdown once the original manufacturer's warranty has expired, helping customers reduce unexpected repair costs and keep their equipment working when it matters most.
