Sachtler And Vinten Announce New Range Of Servicing And Warranty Packages

Sachtler and Vinten have announced new extended warranty and refresh services for their customers.
The four new packages will enable equipment owners to select the right level of cover whilst being confident their camera heads and tripods will be handled by experienced brand experts.
The new packages include Premium Extended Warranty, Value Extended Warranty, Tripod Refresh Service and Camera Heads Refresh Service. Initially, these packages will be available in the UK, France and Germany with the intention to roll out globally.
A first for the industry, both extended warranty packages provide up to six years of cover for new equipment, which recognises the quality and robust durability of Sachtler and Vinten's products. The warranties also provide comprehensive coverage for customers including complete maintenance and repair. Exclusive to the Premium Extended Warranty package is the repair and replacement of any part that - through wear and tear - affects the performance of the equipment.
For camera heads and tripods with multiple owners shooting in hazardous conditions, the unique refresh service is the perfect solution to retain the performance and product lifespan of equipment. Trained engineers inspect and throughly clean the exterior and remove all debris, which could affect performance and return the products to optimum working condition.
