An expanded seminar programme will deliver expert-led sessions tackling the industry's most pressing topics and opportunities, offering practical insight for technicians, designers, engineers, production teams, freelancers, business leaders, students and senior decision-makers.

With Olympia's transformation bringing improved facilities, new hospitality options and a more connected venue, visitors will be able to make even more of their time at the show.

For the entertainment technology community, PLASA Show remains a vital meeting point for collaboration, conversation and connection, as well as product discovery.

The PLASA Awards for Innovation, run in association with LSi, are now open for entries, with an early bird deadline of 31 July 2026 and a final deadline of 21 August 2026. Judged by an independent panel, the awards recognise genuine innovation across the sector. All nominees will feature in the Innovation Gallery, with winners announced during a presentation at the show.

Sophie Atkinson, Head of Events at PLASA, comments: "PLASA Show is where the entertainment technology industry comes together, to discover new products, share knowledge, strengthen relationships and celebrate the people behind live events and production.
"With Robe returning as headline sponsor, a strong exhibitor line-up already confirmed, and Olympia entering an exciting new phase of redevelopment, 2026 is shaping up to be a standout year for the show."

Registration is free for a limited period. From 1–5 September, advance registration will cost £15 + VAT, with on-the-door entry priced at £20 + VAT from 6–8 September.
