Intinor Unveils Enhanced SRT Monitoring, HDR Transport And NDI® Support
At the NAB Show 2026, Intinor is set to present a series of updates to its Direkt platform, introducing enhanced SRT monitoring, expanded HDR transport capabilities and support for NDI® Advanced.
The latest software release focuses on improving reliability, monitoring and interoperability in IP-based video contribution workflows used across professional production environments.
Among the key updates is the addition of detailed, real-time SRT statistics within the platform’s user interface. Operators can now monitor metrics such as packet loss, latency, round-trip time, buffer size, bitrate and data volume, providing clearer insight into network performance and helping streamline troubleshooting during live productions.
Direkt systems have also been upgraded to support multiple SRT listeners per stream, enabling several receivers to connect simultaneously with individually configured settings. The feature is expected to simplify distribution workflows and improve integration with third-party systems. In addition, an enhanced RTP over SRT implementation introduces SMPTE ST 2022-7 seamless protection switching, allowing receivers to automatically select the best packets from parallel streams.
The release further expands HDR capabilities with support for HLG HDR metadata passthrough. Direkt systems can now preserve HDR signaling throughout the contribution chain, allowing metadata to pass transparently from SDI input through MPEG-TS transport to SDI output. This ensures consistent HDR workflows while maintaining compatibility with existing broadcast infrastructure.
Interoperability has also been extended through support for NDI® version 6.3 and NDI Advanced. The update includes 10-bit input and output support, improving color precision, alongside a redesigned configuration interface aimed at simplifying setup and management of NDI® connections.
All system configuration, monitoring and control is managed via Intinor Direkt Management (IDM), a web-based interface designed to provide centralized oversight of devices, streams and contribution links across both local and remote environments.
"Most of the improvements in this release come directly from discussions with our users," said Daniel Lundstedt, Head of Sales and Marketing at Intinor. "Our customers receive streams from many different encoders and networks, often over the public internet. Our focus is to make that simple and reliable, and with IDM we provide an easy way to receive, monitor and route those contribution streams into the broadcast infrastructure."
The company also confirmed it is continuing development around SMPTE ST 2110, with early work focused on enabling IP contribution streams to integrate more seamlessly with 2110-based production infrastructures. Intinor said it plans to discuss these developments further with customers and partners during the show.
Visitors to NAB Show 2026 can see these new capabilities demonstrated at booth W2250 in the West Hall.
