Samsung TV Plus Surpasses 100m Monthly Active Users Worldwide
Samsung TV Plus has announced that it has surpassed 100 million monthly active users globally, marking a significant milestone for the premium FAST service as it continues to experience rapid growth. The platform reported a 25% year-over-year increase in streaming hours, with engagement reaching new highs in 2025, further cementing Samsung TV Plus as one of the most widely used streaming apps worldwide.
As the streaming landscape continues to evolve, Samsung TV Plus has positioned itself as a key platform for advertisers seeking to reach highly sought-after audiences, including millennial families and influential viewers. The service operates in a brand-safe environment designed for engagement and is driven by strong audience loyalty, with a reported 92% retention rate after three months, making it one of the most effective streaming destinations for marketers.

A highlight was the livestreamed JONAS 20: Greetings From Your Hometown tour, which featured a first-of-its-kind FanVote allowing viewers to vote for their favorite song using their remote control. The interactive poll generated a response rate of more than 13% among connected TV viewers, demonstrating the platform’s ability to transform passive viewing into active engagement on the largest screen in the home.
