Torus And BlacklineX Power Audio At Pune's New Superclub

Xclusive Club & Kitchen has set out to redefine Pune nightlife with an upmarket crowd, striking interiors and a busy calendar of DJs spinning high-energy commercial, Bollywood and EDM sets.

The venue launched in mid-November with a headline appearance by Indian rapper/DJ Raftaar and has been bustling since, underpinned by a Martin Audio sound system built around TORUS and BlacklineX.

"At Xclusive Club & Kitchen the audio experience was a critical part of the overall design," said Shivam Vitekar, the venue's AV consultant.

The main dancefloor deploys Martin Audio TORUS T1215 and TORUS T1230 constant curvature loudspeakers to deliver powerful, accurate coverage across the front and midfield with consistent tonal balance. Low-end duties are handled by Blackline X218 and Blackline X118B Hybrid® Horn/Reflex subwoofers, supplying the weight and physicality demanded by a high-intensity club.

Premium seating areas receive on-wall reinforcement via Martin Audio MA BLX 15 and V12 loudspeakers, maintaining even sound pressure without overpowering conversations.

Power and processing come from Linea Research 44M 10 DSP four-channel amplification. System control, alignment and final tuning use Linea Research DSP alongside third-party devices, creating an integrated design optimised for extended high-SPL operation while remaining articulate and controlled.
