Beam Dynamics Expands Leadership To Drive Product And Enterprise Growth

News Image
Beam Dynamics has appointed two senior leaders to support the company's next phase of growth, strengthening both its product and enterprise account capabilities.

Jonathan Rollman has joined the business to lead product strategy, while Laura Whiteman takes up the role of Director of Enterprise Accounts. The appointments come as Beam’s platform continues to gain traction across multiple departments and locations within major media and broadcast organisations, where it is increasingly used to manage critical resources such as people, equipment, contracts and facilities.

"Beam is being adopted across more users and departments within the organizations we serve, which requires us to tackle new challenges," said David Kaszycki, CEO and co-founder at Beam Dynamics. "To better support our enterprise accounts, it was important to invest in both product and account management. These hires enable us to scale efficiently, solve new problems faster, and continue delivering meaningful value to every customer we serve."

In his new position, Rollman will shape the roadmap for Beam’s core platform modules, collaborating closely with engineering, design and customer teams to prioritise development and deliver solutions aligned with real operational needs. His remit includes product and market discovery, defining product direction and ensuring new releases provide measurable customer value.

Whiteman will oversee relationships with Beam's largest customers, focusing on aligning the company's solutions with client objectives while strengthening collaboration between internal teams and customer stakeholders. Her experience as a C-suite advisor is expected to play a key role in deepening strategic partnerships and supporting the company's continued expansion.

"The pace of change in media operations keeps accelerating, and our customers need partners who can evolve with them," Kaszycki continued. "Growing our team lets us do exactly that. We can keep building tools that actually match how people work and give them better support as things evolve. We're excited to have Jonathan and Laura join Beam and can't wait to see what we accomplish together."
