Martin Audio CDD Chosen For Dubai's Latest Luxury French Brasserie

AV integrators Exacting Diseno Technical Services have delivered a Martin Audio sound system for La Colline, a new high‑end French brasserie at the Al Habtoor Polo Resort in Dubai. The Martin Audio partner secured the project on recommendation after successfully completing previous work for the client.

With premium background music as the primary requirement, Exacting Diseno again specified Martin Audio's CDD6. Thanks to its coaxial differential dispersion design, the solution also caters for occasional live acts and more forceful DJ sets when needed.

The venue is divided into two indoor zones and three outdoor areas, each with independent subwoofer level control. The Bar is equipped with three CDD6 loudspeakers and an SX210 sub, while the main indoor zone features four CDD6 alongside a pair of SX110. Outdoors, 11 further CDD6 are complemented by four SX112 subwoofers. All CDD cabinets are wall‑mounted, with subwoofers discreetly concealed beneath seating.

Exacting Diseno founder Lou Agha said the choice of CDD6 centred on "size, sound quality and colour options." He persuaded the client to opt for white finishes, which he said suited the overall interior aesthetic.

The installation was supported by Martin Audio's territorial distributor, PRO LAB. Reflecting on the outcome, the client said, "The concept was developed by a passionate team led by Alain El Tawil, blending French culinary tradition with a relaxed, elegant atmosphere.We were extremely impressed by the sound quality."
