Qvest Group Announces CEO Transition As Peter Nöthen Steps Down
The Qvest Group has announced a planned change in its executive leadership.
Peter Nöthen will step down as CEO at the end of the year and will immediately pause his management responsibilities effective today. The company expressed its gratitude for Nöthen's contributions, noting he will remain a minority shareholder. The name of his designated successor will be revealed shortly.
Peter Nöthen has been instrumental in shaping Qvest's growth and international presence. As founder, he guided the company's evolution from a local brand to a globally operating group through a combination of organic growth and strategic acquisitions. Under his leadership, Qvest established itself as a global leader in innovative technology solutions across the entire digital media supply chain. Since 2016, Qvest has been part of the RSBG SE portfolio.
Following years of international expansion, the incoming CEO will focus on further integrating the group and ensuring continued profitable growth. Subject to shareholder approval, the new CEO is set to assume management of Qvest from the first quarter of 2026 and will also take on responsibilities at RSBG ICT, the company’s majority shareholder.
The designated CEO is already familiar with Qvest through previous joint projects and brings over 20 years of experience in multinational corporations and medium-sized enterprises within the information and communications technology sector. With more than a decade of senior management experience, he offers expertise in growth strategies, transformation, post-merger integration, and M&A. His previous roles include leadership of an international media service provider and CEO of a software solutions company in the broadcast market.
