Nippon TV has announced that its latest hit entertainment show, 'Golden SixTONES' (SixTONES is pronounced 'stones') , featuring the popular six-boy band, will be available for global catch-up streaming on Netflix starting June 6th.

This marks the first time that a regular weekly entertainment show from Nippon TV will be distributed on Netflix, expanding the show’s reach to global audiences. The show will stream in Japanese and be subtitled in multiple languages around the world.

Launched in April 2025, 'Golden SixTONES' (60 min eps) is a fresh addition to the network’s Sunday night lineup—airing weekly at 9:00 PM. The show has already gained high acclaim as well as ratings. Featuring the popular SixTONES as emcees, the show has immediately drawn widespread attention, consistently ranking among the top social media trends each week as well.

'Golden SixTONES' is a dynamic studio entertainment show that brings together SixTONES and star-studded guests for segments filled with laughter, games, gourmet food, quizzes, and high-energy competitions. The atmosphere is light-hearted and 100% fun, appealing to audiences of all ages.

With the addition to its streaming platforms, Hulu and TVer in Japan, the show takes a significant step toward international exposure, partnered with Netflix. Viewers around the world can now enjoy the show’s exciting content and unique Japanese variety-style entertainment.

Yoshihiro Miyazaki, Producer at Nippon TV, and Rie Sawaoka, Director of Content at Netflix, made the announcement.
