Fujifilm To Debut New 4K Lenses At NAB
Fujifilm is set to debut a number of new 4K lenses at the NAB Show in Las Vegas, including a 4K compatible box-type broadcast zoom lens.
The FUJINON UA125×8 box-type lens covers a wide range of focal lengths from 8mm at wide angle to 1,000mm at telephoto (2,000mm with the built-in Extender). It is a multi-purpose high-power zoom lens that can be used in diverse situations, including live broadcasts of sporting events and concerts.
Also premiering at the industry show include two new models in the UA Series 2/3-inch 4K portable lenses for broadcast applications - the FUJINON UA18×7.6 and the FUJINON UA23×7.6. They are light and compact and have the high mobility required for shoulder-type lenses and excellent optical performance needed for 4K. UK distributor, Pyser Optics expects these lenses to ship later this year.
Fujifilm pushes forward with the development of these models to expand the FUJINON 4K lens lineup to a total of 14 models.
These new solutions will be demonstrated on Fujinon's booth (C7225) at NAB, 08-11 April.
