The Pixel Farm and Reflecmedia join forces
The Pixel Farm has announced a partnership with award-winning chroma key specialist Reflecmedia.
The exciting collaboration between the UK-based companies is set to have a radical impact on working with 3D tracking and chroma key within broadcast and post-production.
Formed in 2002 and with a strong focus on research and development, The Pixel Farm’s range of products has already been involved with several broadcast and feature film projects, including Anthony Minghella’s forthcoming ‘Cold Mountain’.
Managing Director Richard Spohrer, commenting on the partnership with Reflecmedia, said: “Our technologies really complement each other and we are developing a unique solution to solve many of the common issues surrounding what often prove to be the most complex shots captured during production. Our joint R&D efforts will result in a cost effective solution for the smallest production to the largest.”
The first product of the partnership will be launched next April at NAB 2004.
