Pietro Scalia, ACE, Joins EditFest London Lineup

Pietro Scalia, ACE, is to join this year's line-up for EditFest London, it has been announced.

Being held on 24 June at BFI Southbank, Mr Scalia will participate in a one-on-one conversation that will round off a day of panels featuring insights from the world's top editors at work in television, feature film, and factual programming.

Scalia's work has been recognised with two Academy Awards™ (Black Hawk Down, JFK), two BAFTA Awards (Gladiator, JFK), a Satellite Award (American Gangster), and ACE Eddies (Black Hawk Down, JFK, and Gladiator). He has also been an integral collaborator on films from directors including Bernardo Bertolucci, Gus Van Sant, Oliver Stone, and Ridley Scott.

This year's panellists include ACE President Stephen Rivkin, ACE; Sylvia Landra, ACE; Jake Roberts, ACE; Job ter Burg; and William Oswald. The event will feature film and television panels, the one-on-one conversation, a catered lunch and a cocktail reception. For 2017, EditFest will present a fourth panel devoted to Factual Programming featuring Chris King, ACE; Gordon Mason, ACE; and others.
