Broadcast Technology introduce DTCC 3000 control card

Broadcast Technology's DTCC 3000 is the central processor of the company's new 3000 series digital television rack system.
The card forms an intelligent configuration portal through which all modules within the chassis are managed. The DTCC 3000 continuously monitors the status of each card and logs any alarms generated within the 3000 system. Up to 1,000 alarms can be stored in on-board non-volatile memory.
Features include main and standby power supply monitoring, GPI interface, serial/SNMP interface, optional PC graphic user interface, 38,400 baud RS232 (front panel) and RS232/RS485 (auxiliary) ports, Ethernet 10 Base T network interface and internal real-time clock.
The DTCC 3000 occupies a single slot in the 3U DTRS 3000 digital television rack system which accommodates up to 14 cards in the 3000 series (any-module-in-any-slot design). Each card is hot-swappable. A redundant dual power supply is optionally available and can also be hot-swapped with no interruption in operation.
Founded in 1987, Broadcast Technology specialises in manufacturing high quality test equipment, signal switchers, distribution amplifiers, signal converters and digital terrestrial signal receivers for use in broadcasting and telecommunications.
Through its OEM partnerships, Broadcast Technology is the name behind many of the world's leading broadcast systems.
