Imago unveils ConferencePro solution

A new integrated solution has been developed by Imago to deliver video conferencing, complete with a full range of multimedia presentation devices and a screen up to 60-inches in diameter, 'out-of-the-box'.
As a fully-configured system, the ConferencePro is designed to remove the 'hassle-factor' when selecting a mobile video conferencing and presentation solution that discreetly houses all of the conference room equipment. Its 19-inch rack mounted chassis houses a powerful video conferencing codec and VCR and DVD players as well as neatly storing cables, disks, tapes and remote controls, and Imago claim that ConferencePro is the only mobile solution on the market to provide secure screen mounting for up to 50-inch plasma or twin 30-inch LCD displays.
As an 'out-of-the-box' solution, set-up time is minimal, so customers can quickly start using the system without requiring hours of installation or training. Because it is fully integrated it is simple to use and there is an optional pre-programmed remote control panel which will manage all the functions of the system. The chassis is finished in a choice of silver or wood and can be customised to suit the user's environment.
The ConferencePro solutions include a choice of codec from Polycom, the world's leading conferencing supplier, and a choice of LCD displays from NEC-Mitsubishi, and plasma screens from Pioneer or NEC. The rack mounted solutions feature either the Polycom iPower 9800 series or Polycom VS4000 codecs, whilst the set top solutions feature Polycom's ViewStation FX or ViewStation EX codecs. Customers are offered a choice of either the twin 30-inch or 40-inch LCD panels and speakers from NEC-Mitsubishi.
All ConferencePro solutions include a professional S-VHS VCR, a DVD player and a fully programmed Crestron control system.
