Pyser-SGI offer new Fujinon HD telephoto lens
Exclusive UK/Ireland distributor Pyser-SGI Limited have added the new Fujinon high definition XA101x8.9BESM telephoto lens to their product line.
Introduced at NAB 2003, the 2/3 inch format XA101x8.9 provides the highest zoom ratio combined with the widest angle of view of any OB lens on the market today, making it ideal for sports events and other OB productions.
In recognition of its technical innovation and high performance the XA101x8.9 was presented with several UEMedia awards at NAB - awards that honour the best the show has to offer.
The wide angle coverage of the XA101x8.9 makes it suitable for shooting in widescreen HD 16:9 aspect ratio as well as 4:3 standard definition.
The lens employs the Fujinon OS-Tech optical stabilisation system to capture rock steady, crystal clear images even at the 101x maximum telephoto setting.
Also, an anti-moisture system will keep the lens working in the most difficult environmental conditions.
