Polecam Launches UK Graduate Scheme

Polecam Systems has launched a Graduate Trainee Scheme at its Kempston UK base.
22-year-old Greg Carlisle has joined Polecam Systems as the company's first recruit under the new scheme.

Greg, a graduate from University College Birmingham with a BA Honours Degree said "I am extremely proud to be the first graduate under this new scheme and to be working with the Polecam sales team. I look forward to my further development within the company. I've already had the opportunity to see Polecam in action by visiting various events where I've assisted the operators in a live situation."

Since the arrival of additional Directors in October 2012, Graeme Chapman as managing director and Jonathan Lewis as financial director, the company has undergone major changes as it restructures its operations in order to meet new global opportunities.
Chapman said: "The Graduate Scheme shows our commitment to new young ideas. The market place is changing and we need to change with it. The new ideas and thinking Greg brings will be harnessed into our sales processes in the future."

One of the major changes already implemented by Chapman is the appointment of Tecads Inc in the US as their major distribution partner for North, Central and South America.

Tecads bring an existing network of 60 dealers across the continents and a wealth of experience in the broadcast industry.
