dB Broadcast Appoints New Graduate Engineers

dB Broadcast has appointed three new graduate engineers, in response to new business growth. The recruits will provide the company with increased engineering resources for project design, testing and after-sales support, as well as increasing the number of products that can be developed.

The three new engineers have already started work. Their roles are; Thomas Darby (Graduate Engineer), Ryan Hurt (Graduate Commissioning & Support Engineer), and Daniel Atkinson (Embedded Systems Software Engineer for Product Development).

Darby is a graduate from Middlesex University, Hurt has a Broadcast Engineering Technology degree from Ravensbourne University, and Atkinson is a Software Engineering graduate from the University of Central Lancashire, who recently completed an internship for General Electric Intelligent Platforms.

dB Broadcast allocates one day each month to training staff within the Engineering and Sales departments. The new recruits will undergo a programme comprising in-house training, external courses and on-the-job training. In addition, dB works with IABM to offer appropriate training for its staff. Both Darby and Hurt will attend a number of their courses.

We are currently undertaking several major projects and these new appointments will help us to deliver them."
