3D Suite Opens In Soho
Production specialists in technical and equipment needs from shooting through to screening, have just had their new 3D Mistika suite completed.
HD & 3D experts have been working on On-Sight's purpose built room at their Berners Street location which now offers 3D viewing through a pair of DCI compliant projectiondesign projectors.
On Sight's SGO Mistika is used for stereoscopic productions and handles files up to 4K in size with real time 3D colour grading, while audio is supported by a 5.1 surround sound system.
Geoff Mills, Director of Sales and Operations for SGO UK commented: "We have worked closely with On Sight to provide the perfect tools for their needs."
On Sight Chief Executive Simon Craddock added that his company’s new system would provide clients with a comprehensive set of 3D services at both their HD Lab in the West End and Axis Films in Shepperton Studios.
The new suite completes an entire 3D solution from On Sight, with their camera rental department Axis Films offering an array of 3D rigs and camera systems. On Sight have recently completed a number of 3D projects, including a 3D promo for music group JLS.
