Setanta Sports Choose O21 Television For SPL Coverage

Setanta Sports has announced that it has agreed terms with outside broadcast facilities provider, O21 Television, for coverage of the Scottish Premier League.
The contract, which commences on August 9 at Falkirk (who are playing Rangers), covers the provision of outside broadcast facilities at over 60 matches over 38 rounds and will run for a minimum of 2 years.
Colin Davidson, Head of Production at Setanta Sports, said: "O21 Television offer everything we need to deliver first class sports programming. They have offered us high quality, dedicated facilities based locally and we will be well supported by their head office."
Ewen Hamilton, Managing Director at O21 Television, said: "We are delighted to win this work with Setanta Sports which further strengthens our position as a major facilities provider to broadcasters on long term, multi event and football contracts. We will be opening an office in Scotland with permanent kit and staff to service this business."
An established outside broadcast provider in both UK and European markets, 021 Television has made a huge investment to upgrade and extend its truck facilities including 4 new high definition trucks and 1 further unit in production.
