Panasonic Appoints Nela Pertl as European Provideo Product Manager

Panasonic PBITS Professional & Broadcast Systems has appointed Nela Pertl as Product Manager, Pro Video Systems, with special responsibility for AVHCD products.
Jaume Rey, Director, Professional & Broadcast IT Systems Business Unit (PBITS), said: "Nela has a proven track record in product management in international business and brings formidable talents to her new role with Panasonic. She will focus on the penetration of the AVCHD products lines as part of Panasonic's aggressive promotion of these innovative technologies."
Fluent in five European languages, Ms Pertl joins Panasonic from L'Oreal, where she was Product Manager, Professional Products Division, based in Zagreb, Croatia.
Ms Pertl said: "I am very excited to be joining Panasonic and glad to be part of this great company. Panasonic's new AVCHD technology and product range is the outstanding solution in the market and we will be pushing hard to bring its benefits to a wide base of users in Europe."
Ms Pertl will join Panasonic's European Marketing team, head by Carmen Mendoza and including Volker Kersbaum and Larissa Sybon.
