Chris Steele joins Digital Vision as Director of Product Management

Digital Vision, a leading developer of advanced digital media applications specialising in film and video solutions, has announced that Chris Steele will join the company as Director of Product Management.
Steele will be based in Digital Vision's UK office in Soho, London.
Educated at The Royal College of Art in London, Steele commenced his career at Independent Television News (ITN), London 20 years ago - producing animated graphics for live play-out into the news bulletins. Over the years, he has worked for companies including Parallax Software, Avid Technology and Eastman Kodak, and most recently was Director of UK Operations for OMG plc. Steele has been pivotal in bringing many new products to market including the Matador paint and animation system from Avid and the Emmy award winning boujou camera tracking software from OMG.
"I'm proud to be joining Digital Vision at such an exciting time," explained Steele. He continued, "With great technology and products for both the post-production and broadcast industries, I'm looking forward to further increasing Digital Vision's already considerable success into these rapidly changing markets."
Robert Ekström, President of Digital Vision, said: "We are delighted to have someone of Chris Steele's calibre join Digital Vision as part of the team. Our development pipeline is very full right now and we are moving quickly to introduce several key new products in 2006 and 2007. Chris' technical expertise and management skills will be a major asset for us going forward."
