VCI announce acquisition of DTG

Video Communications (VCI) have announced the acquisition of Digital Transaction Group (DTG), Austin, TX, supplier of automation software systems for the broadcast and cable industry.
DTG’s automation system resides on an extensive multi-layered platform, Xe. Xe’s architecture is one of the most influential factors of the acquisition, leading the merged companies in a new global direction and expanding their product portfolio.
