Pro-Bel promotes Dave Collins to Chief Engineer

Pro-Bel, manufacturer and supplier of routing switchers, signal processing, master control, automation and control and monitoring technologies, has followed up the recent creation of the customer service-focused Solutions Group with the announcement that it has appointed Dave Collins as Chief Engineer.
Collins, who has been with Pro-Bel for 18 years joining as a Project Engineer, has most recently been tasked with managing the automation development and contracts management team. He has worked both on and offsite and for the company on a huge range of projects for a wide range of customers. Collins’ vast industry experience sees him ideally positioned to fulfil the role of Chief Engineer.
Collins said: “The role is worldwide and completely focused on the technology side of the company, continuing our aim to develop products that help drive our customers forward in what is a time of great change in our industry”
Collins will continue the company’s defined development path of bringing together its products under a common control platform, allowing operators clear and concise access to the system functions. He is managing four engineering product groups within the company: Morpheus Automation, Vistek Modular Infrastructure, Routing/Master Control and Morpheus Control/Monitoring products.
