DSP LAUNCH NEW PRODUCTS AT AES
DSP MEDIA have exhibited a range of new hardware and software products for the radio, television and film industry at this year’s Audio Engineering Society (AES) Convention in Los Angeles.
On central display was Postation II, an all-in-one audio post-production centre for radio, television and film. Postation II is a totally integrated workstation including the latest 24-bit version of the DEP audio editor, the Non Linear Video hard disk video playback module and a new Virtual Control Surface mixer interface design. The modular 32 x 32 digital mix processor is scalable to 96 inputs, and includes an original industry leading multi-format surround sound monitoring system.
Also making its debut at the show was DSP Media's new Speed Console as well as two software utility programs, AVtransfer and Quick FX, for the Postation series, Desktop Systems and stand-alone applications.
