OmniBus appoint new Vice President of Customer Services

OmniBus Systems, the award-winning provider of comprehensive automation and content management solutions to the broadcast industry, has announced the appointment of Richard Tyrrell-Ead as Vice President of Customer Services.
Within this role, Tyrrell-Ead will be responsible for overseeing the company's service and support capabilities as it continues to increase its client base in the United States and around the world.

Tyrrell-Ead joins OmniBus following eight years with Harris (formerly Encoda Systems), where he managed field support, was director of the company's automation division, and served as the company's Vice President of Operations and Engineering.
