OXTEL APPOINT NEW BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OXTEL, control and channel broadcast specialists, have announced a suffle of their Board Of Directors.
Oxtel’s existing directors have taken up new roles within Oxtel: Richard Simmons is now Managing Director; Alan Buckett takes over as Finance Director; and Phillips Adams becomes Technology Director.
Two new directors have been appointed: Richard Brice joins the Board as Commercial Director and Roddy Pratt joins as Research and Development Director.
Richard Brice, Commercial Director at Oxtel, said: “Oxtel’s turnover has increased considerably during 2000, following new product introductions, and the opening of the sales office in the USA."
Brice said the new board structure would provide much stronger management of the enlarged company.
