RTE JOURNALISTS HONOURED AT NATIONAL AWARDS
RTE journalists and programme makers figured prominently at the recent ESB National Media Awards for excellence in journalism
Mary Wilson, RTE Legal Affairs Correspondent, received the overall ‘Journalist of the Year’ award. Wilson was presented with this award for her reports on the trial of Catherine Nevin, and was praised for her in-depth coverage and detailed analysis of the legal considerations of the trial on the radio and television.
