ALTERED IMAGES DEBUT SYMPHONY HARMONY

ALTERED Images, one of Avid’s key London based premier resellers, are using their debut at The London Production Show 2001 to give demonstrations of Symphony.
This is the first UK showing of Avid’s premier non-linear editing system, Symphony, controlling Pixel Power’s new caption generator Collage Junior.
Altered Images, who are celebrating their fifth year, have expanded into new premises in London. They recently opened the offices in D’Arblay Street, W1 to allow the company to offer extended technical support for clients and provide much needed extra demonstration facilities.
In addition to their close relationship with Avid, Altered Images have strategic partnerships with suppliers including Pixel Power, JVC, Sony, Mitsubishi, Snell & Wilcox and Leitch amongst others.
Sales and Marketing Director David Johnson said: “We are at The Production Show for the first time and in the Avid Village because we believe events like these are a great way to raise our profile and demonstrate the versatility of our product range.”
Since their inception, Altered Images have specialised in delivering product, systems installation and technical backup for a wide range of clients in production, post and broadcast, as well as a variety of corporate organisations.
Johnson said: “We have grown at a phenomenal rate in the last four years because we give clients a great service and full technical back up. We aim to understand our clients needs because our objectives have always been to build up long-term relationships.” (AMcE)
