FAST CREATE NEW UTILITY FOR DV USERS
FAST Multimedia AG, one of the leading providers of professional editing tools have created a new utility for all DV users.
FAST.DV-Player allows users to play back DV files on PCs without DV codecs installed, by installing a Direct X filter that turns the Microsoft Windows Media Player into a .DIF compatible viewer.
FAST.DV-Player creates a full and complete interface for controlling playback which allows users to view their DV files at full screen resolution.
FAST.DV-Player is the only media player to support DVCPRO in NTSC and PAL and it can also be used to view Quicktime, MPEG-1 and MPEG-2 files.
FAST.DV-Player makes distribution of DV files to other users easier with fast start and playback and superb picture quality. Using this unique tool, DV media can now be added to third party applications such as PowerPoint presentations without first converting the media to AVI's. Best of all the FAST.DV-Player is available free of charge as a download from the website at www.fastmultimedia.com. (CD)
