Crisp Wireless and VDS partner to deliver innovative wireless solutions

Crisp Wireless’ mLogic 3G Media is to be integrated with VDS applications to enable broadcasters and advertisers to deliver interactive services to consumers and to react to interests and desires of TV viewers.
Crisp Wireless enables media, entertainment, and e-commerce companies to create new sources of revenue from distribution of content and interactive media solutions to millions of mobile handsets while Video Design Software (VDS) is a leading developer of modular software products that manage, streamline and automate content and plug-in products delivery & playback for the broadcast, cable television, internet, and postproduction markets.
The two companies will be offering an integrated suite of applications that provide broadcasters with complete end to end solutions that enhance the viewer's experience as well as create new sources of revenue for broadcasters from the emerging wireless medium.
These new products will allow broadcasters and advertisers to tightly integrate wireless communications with many aspects of the television broadcast facility. Consumers will be able to receive information and interact with television programming and content including currently playing commercial spots. Information about scheduled content being broadcast from any particular channel could be provided to any wireless customer. In addition, consumer feedback can directly influence the program schedule.
