SUBVERSIVE SUBMISSIONS FOR ALTERNATIVE COMPETITION

FUTURESONIC and the Mark Thomas Product are inviting submissions to a CCTV film/soundtrack competition, with submissions featuring CCTV footage reclaimed under the new Data Protection Act UK.
Revisions made to the act allow access to all information kept on you, including CCTV. According to Channel 4 comedian Mark Thomas Product who runs the Mark Thomas, the winners will be screened on UK terrestrial TV later this year and at the Futuresonic Festival during November 2001.
Submit a form to government agencies or commercial companies with a £10 fee and any footage taken of you has to be given to you by law. Standard forms which you can customise are available on the MTP website at www.mtp2001.co.uk/show1/samples.html. Expect at least a two-month wait before you receive footage or a response.
