Gravity Media Powers 2026 IMF–World Bank Annual Meetings
Gravity Media has delivered an integrated broadcast and media backbone for the 2026 Annual Meetings of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and World Bank Group, consolidating broadcast-grade live streaming, conference AV, recording and media management across 45 meeting and production rooms.
The global live production, content and media services specialist unified live production, multilingual workflows, editing, recording and distribution within a single managed IP environment.
Hosted at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre (QSNCC) in Bangkok from 12 to 18 October, the event brought together government officials, business leaders, academics and international media from across the world.
More than 450 of Gravity Media's AV professionals deployed a coordinated production setup spanning 45 rooms, with 21 linked to a central Master Control Room (MCR). The infrastructure supported 75 recording channels, 180 multilingual audio paths and interpretation across 16 languages, alongside remote production capabilities and on-site editing facilities to ensure content could be captured, edited and distributed efficiently.
At the core was Gravity Media's SMPTE ST 2110 IP production architecture, enabling simultaneous coordination of multiple meetings, briefings and live broadcasts while maintaining consistent production standards throughout the venue. "This project demonstrates how broadcast production, conference AV and IT infrastructure are increasingly coming together to support major international events," said Chris Demeulemeester Sales Director Belgium at Gravity Media. "By bringing these capabilities into one managed environment, we were able to support multiple productions simultaneously, while making sure content could be efficiently recorded, edited and distributed. For an event of this scale, that level of coordination is essential to maintaining consistent, high-quality production across the entire venue for every audience."
