Beltelecom Unveils New Data Processing Centre In Minsk
Beltelecom has brought a new data processing centre into service in Minsk, launching the site on 17 September 2026.
The opening coincided with Belarus's National Unity Day and marks a fresh expansion of the company's infrastructure in the capital.
On the first day, Kirill Zalessky, the Minister of Communications and Informatization, reviewed the centre’s capabilities. The inaugural tour for honoured guests was led by Aliaksandr Kenda, Director General of RUE Beltelecom.
The facility incorporates modern engineering solutions aimed at ensuring high levels of reliability and security. Its total power capacity exceeds 2 MW, supporting the initial build-out.
Phase one accommodates 140 server racks, each supplied with 10 kW. The premises are fitted with a video surveillance system to enhance site monitoring.
Clients of the new centre will be able to access a wide range of services. A round-the-clock shift of technical support specialists is in place to maintain service quality.
