MultiDyne To Showcase MRMC Camera Robotics

MultiDyne Video & Fiber Optic Systems will showcase its growing camera robotics and motion control capabilities at IBC2026, with MRMC (MultiDyne Robotics Motion Control) making its first appearance at the show as part of the MultiDyne organisation.

MRMC will have a dedicated presence at Hall 12, Stand 12.H11, alongside MultiDyne’s separate stand in Hall 11, Stand 11.C12. The dual presence will give the combined organisation two exhibition locations at the event.

MultiDyne plans to expand MRMC across its three established markets: broadcast, film and commercial production, and rentals. The company said investments in manufacturing processes, lean manufacturing and scalable operations will support growth across the three sectors.

MultiDyne's experience in robotics integration is also expected to contribute to future product development, with new MRMC products currently in the early stages of development for 2027.

The MRMC stand will feature the company’s existing motion control technologies, manufacturing capabilities and engineering expertise, alongside members of its established team.

The exhibition will showcase three key MRMC technology families designed for different production applications.

Cinebot Nano is a compact nine-axis robotic camera system aimed at filmmakers, content creators and smaller production teams. The system can support cameras weighing up to 7kg and offers one metre of reach.

The platform features PushMoco control, allowing operators to physically position the robotic arm and record keyframes. Flair Lite software is included for creating precise and repeatable camera movements.

Cinebot Nano can be used on a pedestal or optional track and can also be mounted on tripods, tables, carts and vehicles. It can additionally be installed in an inverted configuration.

The StudioBot range is designed for broadcast production, combining multi-axis camera movement with precision, repeatability and automation capabilities.

Available in several configurations, StudioBot is intended to enable broadcasters to create more dynamic camera movements while supporting virtual and automated production workflows.

Its Robokam software provides graphical control for creating and editing shots, movements and playlists. The system can control multiple robotic systems and execute predefined movements and complex sequences without requiring programming expertise.

The third technology family on display will be Slidekamera by MRMC, which expands the company’s motion control portfolio into rail-based camera systems.

The range includes modular sliders and PTZ camera movers for applications ranging from single-camera productions to large multi-camera studios. The systems are designed to provide stable and fluid movement for broadcast, video production, live events and other applications.

A key focus will be the modular ATLAS platform, which can be configured for cinematic camera movements as well as repeatable and automated studio workflows.

The IBC2026 showcase will also highlight the potential created by bringing MultiDyne and MRMC together. The two companies have complementary technology portfolios, with MRMC focused on camera movement, positioning and automation, while MultiDyne specialises in transporting, processing and managing the signals generated by cameras.

The companies said the combination could create opportunities for more integrated production solutions while allowing MRMC to continue developing its existing markets and technologies.

IBC2026 will therefore mark the first major opportunity for MultiDyne to present MRMC as part of the wider organisation, while demonstrating the combined companies' capabilities across camera robotics, motion control and production signal management.
