Clear-Com To Showcase Broadcast Communications Solutions

News Image
Clear-Com will return to IBC 2026 to showcase its latest communications technologies for broadcast workflows, including wireless, IP-based, wired and virtual intercom systems.

The company will exhibit at Stand 10.D29 during the event, which takes place from September 11 to 14 in Amsterdam. Its showcase will include the FreeSpeak Cell beltpack, Avalon IP Station, updates to the Arcadia Central Station and a range of other communications solutions.

FreeSpeak Cell is designed to extend communications capabilities for broadcasters working across large venues, remote locations and distributed productions. Using LTE and 5G cellular infrastructure, the system is intended to provide communications where conventional RF deployment can be challenging.

Following its launch in North America earlier this year, FreeSpeak Cell is now available in EMEA, giving broadcasters and production teams in the region increased range and capacity for mission-critical communications.

Clear-Com will also highlight Avalon, an IP-based communications platform designed for integration with modern broadcast networks. The compact 1RU system supports FreeSpeak wireless systems, HelixNet digital partyline and V-Series keypanels.

Updates to the Arcadia Central Station will include native IFB support and compatibility with AES67-enabled user panels. Clear-Com says the enhancements are designed to simplify integration with existing broadcast audio networks and reduce deployment complexity.

The company will also demonstrate its Eclipse HX Digital Matrix System running EHX v15 software, which incorporates Clear-Com's Access Resource Configuration (ARC) technology. ARC is designed to help broadcasters manage and scale intercom resources in hybrid, distributed and IP-based production environments without requiring additional hardware.

EHX v15 also expands system capacity and resource management, allowing broadcasters to connect larger numbers of users and devices across studios, remote productions, control rooms and live events.

Other products on display will include the FreeSpeak Icon beltpack, the four-channel HelixNet beltpack and Clear-Com's virtual intercom offerings, including Gen-IC, Agent-IC and Station-IC.

Together, the company's portfolio is designed to support on-site, remote and hybrid production teams across a range of broadcast and live production environments.

Clear-Com will demonstrate its broadcast communications portfolio at Stand 10.D29 throughout IBC 2026.
