AEQ To Showcase FORUM IP PLUS At IBC 2026
AEQ will exhibit at IBC 2026, the international broadcast and technology show running from 11–14 September at RAI Amsterdam. On Hall 8, stand 8.C55, the company will spotlight FORUM IP PLUS.
Expanding AEQ’s professional portfolio, FORUM IP PLUS is a new digital audio console created for radio and multimedia production where flexible workflows, advanced IP connectivity and dependable 24/7 operation are essential.
Built on the proven FORUM platform, the console pairs an intuitive operating experience with a highly modular design that scales from self‑op studios to large, multi‑studio facilities. Its 3RU FR_CORE engine accommodates up to six four‑fader modules, enabling configurations of as many as 24 motorised faders and the management of up to 180 audio channels within a compact footprint.
Centred on AoIP, FORUM IP PLUS integrates natively with Dante and AES67 networks, with optional MADI for sites needing additional multichannel interfaces. It offers up to 32 mono sum buses, 10 configurable N‑1 buses, extensive routing, and broad GPIO integration for automation and control of external equipment.
The control surface is optimised for live production, giving direct access to core functions while housing advanced tools on a high‑resolution 7‑inch multitouch display. Operators can quickly manage channel processing, routing, EQ, dynamics and monitoring, and use configurable memories to recall complete console set‑ups for different programmes or formats.
A Virtual FORUM option extends the surface to a Windows PC or tablet for remote or parallel operation, providing full access to faders, routing, processing, monitoring and preset management from almost anywhere on the network.
Combining scalability, comprehensive connectivity and operational flexibility, FORUM IP PLUS offers a future‑ready mixing platform to meet evolving radio and broadcast production needs.
Live demonstrations of FORUM IP PLUS and AEQ's wider solutions will be available at IBC 2026, Hall 8, stand 8.C55, from 11–14 September at RAI Amsterdam. AEQ’s team will present practical use cases and advise on deployment for broadcasting, television and enterprise communications projects.
