TSL Appoints Francisco Coronado Ramos

TSL has appointed Francisco Coronado Ramos as AVP Customer Success, underscoring its commitment to providing high-quality customer support and technical guidance to clients across the broadcast and media sectors.

Coronado Ramos brings over 20 years' experience, having held technical and customer-facing roles at Snell Advanced Media and Grass Valley, and most recently at Tektronix Video and Telestream, where he rose to Senior Sales Engineer. He has earned a strong reputation for helping customers tackle complex technical challenges and maximise the value of their technology investments.

In his new position, he will support customers throughout the entire project lifecycle — from pre-sales consultancy and solution design to delivery and post-sales support. Working closely with customers, partners and TSL’s internal teams, he will help ensure smooth deployments and long-term success across the company’s portfolio of solutions.
