AES Show Nashville 2026 Opens Early Bird Registration

Early Bird registration is now open for AES Show Nashville 2026, with the Audio Engineering Society (AES) preparing to bring together audio professionals, musicians, educators and industry leaders for a three-day event focused on creativity, technology and education.

Taking place from October 30 to November 1 at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville, Tennessee, the 2026 show will introduce a refreshed format featuring pre-show experiences, expanded studio tours and new collaborations with Nashville’s audio community.

Early Bird rates are available until August 27, while attendees can also access a limited number of reduced-rate rooms at the Gaylord Opryland Resort.

The event will continue the AES tradition of showcasing developments in audio science and technology, while reflecting Nashville’s position as a global centre for music production, recording and performance.

Alongside the registration launch, the AES has opened its Call for Submissions for peer-reviewed papers, express papers, JAES papers, workshops and tutorials. Researchers, engineers and educators have until July 17 to submit proposals for consideration as part of the technical programme.

Known worldwide as 'Music City', Nashville provides a unique setting for the event, with its concentration of recording studios, live venues, audio education institutions, manufacturers, engineers, artists and production professionals. The city is also home to major record labels, award shows, film and television scoring facilities, broadcast operations and live sound providers.

AES Show Nashville will also make use of the facilities at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center, located close to the Opry House, home of the Grand Ole Opry live radio broadcast – the longest-running live radio broadcast in US history.

The AES is offering exhibitors and attendees specially priced hotel rooms on a first-come, first-served basis, providing an opportunity for the audio community to stay on-site and connect throughout the event.
