Absen, a global leader in LED display technology, has announced a major upgrade to its global showroom booking platform, introducing a more streamlined and intuitive system designed to simplify how customers and partners schedule visits across its expanding international showroom network.

The enhanced platform forms part of the company's broader strategy to strengthen localised operations and improve offline customer engagement in key markets around the world.

Over the past year, Absen has expanded its global presence with the launch of new showrooms and brand factory stores across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the Asia-Pacific region. New locations include Los Angeles, Mexico and Denver in the Americas; Morocco and Saudi Arabia in EMEA; and Korea and Vietnam across APAC.

The additions are intended to bring customers closer to Absen’s latest LED display technologies and provide greater regional support for markets including ProAV, DOOH and Rental & Staging.

According to the company, each showroom has been designed with local market requirements in mind, featuring tailored product demonstrations that showcase real-world applications of LED display solutions across multiple industries. The spaces are open for guided visits, allowing customers and partners to experience products firsthand, gain practical insights from regional teams and receive more personalized support during the specification and purchasing process.

Beyond product demonstrations, the facilities also serve as venues for open days and partner events, while providing meeting spaces, market-specific demonstrations, in-person technical support and Absen Certified Engineer (ACE) training opportunities.

The upgraded booking interface aims to simplify the entire visitor journey, from selecting a showroom location to arranging appointments. With improved navigation and a cleaner design, users can more easily locate nearby facilities, select available times and submit booking requests.
