Humly Debuts QR Code Booking Feature At ISE 2026

Humly, a Swedish workplace experience company, has expanded its booking ecosystem with the launch of Humly QR Code, a new feature that enables instant space booking through QR codes on personal smartphones.

The solution will debut at ISE 2026 and is designed to connect physical spaces such as meeting rooms, desks, phone booths, and parking areas directly to Humly Reservations software.

The QR-based booking option allows users to scan a digital or printed code to access real-time availability through their mobile browser, eliminating the need for additional hardware or dedicated apps. By reducing manual interactions, the feature aims to simplify space management for end users while easing front-end IT workloads for organizations.

At the Humly stand (2W300), visitors can experience live simulations demonstrating how individual QR codes link to specific shared resources across offices, university campuses, and other work or learning environments. Once scanned, the Humly Reservations interface opens instantly, allowing users to confirm immediate bookings, review upcoming reservations, or explore alternative spaces if their first choice is unavailable.

The system also includes personalized tools that let users edit bookings or view nearby availability. For administrators, QR codes can be created, downloaded, and managed through the Humly Control Panel. Codes may be set as static for fixed resources or dynamic for flexible environments, ensuring accuracy without the need to reprint materials.
