KOKUSAI DENKI to Highlight Flexible 4K Production and Remote Workflows at InfoComm 2026

News Image
KOKUSAI DENKI Electric America, Inc. will showcase its latest range of professional imaging solutions at InfoComm 2026 at Booth N8025. The company's presentation will focus on flexible pathways to 4K production and highly efficient remote workflows designed for AV professionals working across house of worship, higher education, live events, government, and corporate production environments.

Leading the company's InfoComm presence is the new Z-HD6500-S1 UHD/HD production camera system, a professional multi-format solution that offers customers an affordable path to native 4K production. Designed to balance premium image quality with practical budget considerations, the Z-HD6500-S1 is ideal for organizations seeking long-term investment protection while expanding their production capabilities over time.

The Z-HD6500-S1 builds upon the proven foundation of KOKUSAI DENKI's Z-HD6500 HD camera platform while incorporating native 4K imaging technology derived from the company's flagship SK-UHD7000 system. The camera integrates 2/3-inch UHD-native sensors with RGB 3-chip technology and 8.3 million effective pixels per sensor to deliver vibrant imagery, strong sensitivity and exceptionally low noise performance across dynamic production conditions.

Designed specifically for modern AV and live production environments, the camera incorporates native 4K global shutter technology to eliminate artifacts such as flicker and banding commonly associated with LED lighting and large-format displays. This makes the Z-HD6500-S1 especially well-suited for worship facilities, event venues, university campuses and corporate presentation spaces where LED-based production infrastructure is increasingly common.

Additional features include a ¼ ND filter for shallow depth shooting and a low-pass filter that minimizes Moiré effects and visual artifacts. High sensitivity and an excellent signal-to-noise ratio ensure dependable image acquisition in low-light production environments while maintaining ultra-quiet picture performance.

KOKUSAI DENKI will also feature its DK-H700 compact multi-format box camera, a premium broadcast-quality POV solution engineered for applications that require discreet placement and uncompromising image quality. The DK-H700 is ideal for sports venues, government facilities, auditoriums, houses of worship and other environments where focused camera positioning and compact system design are critical.

Complementing the camera lineup is the RU-2500JY remote control panel, which streamlines camera shading and operational control for REMI and decentralized production workflows. Compact and easy to integrate, the RU-2500JY features 82 mm (3.2 inch) slim width despite having a 3.5-inch touch panel, backlit controls, Power over Ethernet (PoE) connectivity and support for both IP-based and traditional production infrastructures. The solution gives AV organizations greater flexibility as they modernize production workflows without requiring immediate large-scale infrastructure transitions.

"Today's AV customers want production systems that deliver premium image quality while also giving them flexibility in how and when they transition to 4K," said Sean Moran, COO of KOKUSAI DENKI Electric America, Inc. "At InfoComm, we're demonstrating solutions that provide a practical, scalable path forward — whether customers are upgrading existing HD workflows, expanding into REMI production models, or deploying compact camera systems for specialized applications. Our focus remains on delivering long-term value, reliability and image performance that customers can confidently build around."

InfoComm takes place June 17–19 at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. KOKUSAI DENKI will exhibit in Booth N8025.
