ENCO to Showcase Flexible Live Captioning and Translation Solutions at InfoComm
ENCO is set to highlight its expanding lineup of live captioning and translation technologies at InfoComm, spotlighting new In-Room and Campus Captioning solutions tailored for classrooms, corporate presentations, panel discussions, and live staged events.
Powered by ENCO's award-winning enCaption platform, these systems deliver real-time captions, multilingual translations, and transcripts to enhance accessibility and audience comprehension across almost any AV environment.
ENCO's captioning systems also eliminate unmetered pricing strategies that elevate costs that start at setup and carry through the event – a unique competitive differentiator that removes administrative overhead and retains cost predictability.
Designed for flexible deployment, ENCO's captioning solutions can run fully on-prem through a compact device or operate in cloud and hybrid workflows. Attendees and students can scan a QR code or enter a URL to instantly access live captions and translations on personal mobile devices through ENCO's enTranslate Mobile platform, with dozens of language options available. The systems also support customizable word libraries for technical jargon and uniquely spelled names, while delivering high-accuracy captioning with extremely low latency.
ENCO's ecosystem combines AI-driven speech recognition, grammatical analysis and automated translation into a unified workflow optimized for professional AV applications, with audio sourced from any wireless or wired mic source. Additional capabilities include transcript generation, speaker-change indication, remote text-feed access, customizable HTML-based in-room caption displays, and optional SDI caption embedding
Both systems feature lightweight infrastructure, at once simplifying management and enabling portability throughout large buildings and venues. Users can place the device and display on mobile carts to move captioning operations between rooms. enTranslate Mobile extends the management and ease of use benefits to everyone in the room as a browser-based system with no app downloads required.
ENCO will also show its Raptor cloud-based captioning encoder to InfoComm audiences for the first time. Raptor's pure software infrastructure offers a simple, straightforward and immediate way to embed captions and subtitles into a live program stream that originates from any location. Hosted by longtime ENCO partner StreamGuys, Raptor delivers a secure, reliable and real-time captioning service for live streaming event productions.
"Backed by decades of captioning and broadcast automation expertise, ENCO continues to make high-quality communication more accessible, scalable, and practical for everyday use," said Ken Frommert, President, ENCO. "Our focus is delivering simple, reliable solutions that organizations can deploy securely on-premises without requiring internet connectivity. Combined with predictable unmetered pricing, ENCO enables customers to scale real-time captioning and translation across classrooms, courtrooms, meeting spaces, live events, and other AV environments with confidence.
InfoComm takes place June 17-19 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. ENCO exhibits at Booth N8024.
