Vizrt Named Official Technical Supplier For Eurovision 2026

Vizrt has been appointed an Official Technical Supplier of the Eurovision Song Contest 2026, working with host broadcaster ORF to support one of the world's most complex live TV productions.

Broadcast live from Vienna to audiences across Europe and beyond, the 70th edition will use Vizrt systems to deliver immersive on‑air visuals designed to bring viewers closer to the Eurovision stage.

ORF will deploy a range of Vizrt technologies, including Viz Engine for versatile real-time 3D rendering, compositing and video playout. Viz Engine will power all on‑screen graphics and the data‑driven scoreboards shown throughout the show. Viz Virtual Studio will enable virtual environments and hyper‑realistic augmented reality (AR) elements.

As host broadcaster, ORF is tasked with coordinating live broadcasts, complex graphics and production across multiple shows and days. Vizrt's toolset is intended to provide the high reliability, speed and flexibility required for a live event of this scale.
