ENCO Unveils Real-Time Voice Translation Technology

ENCO Systems Inc. has announced the launch of enSpeak, a new real-time voice translation solution designed to enhance multilingual captioning and translation workflows for broadcast and professional AV environments.

The technology will be showcased at the NAB Show 2026, where ENCO is presenting its latest advancements in accessibility and live content delivery. The company says enSpeak completes its end-to-end multilingual workflow by adding natural-sounding, low-latency voice translation to its existing suite of tools.

ENCO's workflow begins with its enCaption platform, which uses speech-to-text technology to generate live captions from audio and video sources. These captions are then processed through its enTranslate engine, delivering real-time text translations across multiple languages. The enTranslate Mobile platform extends these capabilities to smartphones and browsers, supporting use cases such as classrooms, live events and in-venue displays.

With enSpeak, translated text is converted into expressive, real-time speech, allowing audiences to listen to content in their preferred language as well as read captions. The company said this creates a more immersive and accessible experience for global viewers.

ENCO said enSpeak is designed to support a wide range of deployment scenarios. In broadcast environments, the technology can deliver translated audio through secondary audio program (SAP) channels, enabling viewers to select and listen to live programming in different languages.

For streaming platforms, live events and in-person venues, enSpeak integrates with mobile devices via enTranslate Mobile, allowing users to switch between text and voice translations in real time.

The platform is also built for flexible deployment, with support for cloud, on-premises and hybrid environments. It can integrate with ENCO’s broader ecosystem or function independently, and is capable of ingesting live audio from a variety of sources.
According to ENCO, the solution is suited to applications ranging from television production and OTT streaming to corporate events, educational settings, transport hubs and public address systems, reflecting growing demand for real-time multilingual accessibility tools.
